Acter Industrial Park is the southernmost town in Alderney. Acter Industrial Park is an all-industrial town, and is home to the location of the Alderney State Correctional Facility, although the facility is it's own municipality. It is a mainly industrial area, with many factories and plants, the most notable of which is a large nuclear power plant in the southwestern corner of the island. The Plumbers Skyway runs through the park, and an offramp connects it to the skyway. To the west of AIP there are several capsized boats, including a cargo vessel. Why they are capsized right along the shoreline is unknown, but since Liberty City does not have any lighthouses, the boats may have sunk due to not finding the dock, but why they are not removed by the city despite the obvious safety concern is unknown.
